Cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled at any time using the link provided in your booking confirmation email. If you cannot locate this, please send an email to ‘amanda@amandacarr.co.uk’, or contact us via the ‘contact us’ section of the website.

If your appointment is further than 48 hours away, you will receive a full refund minus a £2.00 administration charge.

If your appointment is between 48 hours and 24 hours away, you will receive a partial refund of 50% the order amount.

If your appointment is due to take place in the next 24 hours, no refund will be provided. You are welcome to request an appointment amendment for which details are outlined below.

If you do not show at your scheduled appointment, this will be considered as a cancellation. It is at the sole discretion of the company as to whether the appointment can be rearranged in exceptional circumstances.

Purchases for event tickets cannot be cancelled.

Amendments

Appointments are amendable. Please request appointment amendments by replying to the booking confirmation email. If you cannot locate this, please send an email to ‘amanda@amandacarr.co.uk’, or contact us via the ‘contact us’ section of the website. Amendments are generally free of charge. However, this is at the company’s discretion. Repeated amendment requests may not be accepted.

Purchases for event tickets cannot be amended.
